Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities; plan and assign tasks to team members - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize room and catering business - Prospect, solicit, and convert new accounts into producing clients - Monitor monthly account performance; conduct mid-year and end-year client reviews - Identify key business accounts and shift market share from competitor hotels - Analyze market and competitor pricing trends - Implement creative sales initiatives to generate new revenue opportunities - Manage incoming room bookings and catering leads - Meet all personal and team sales targets; support profitability goals - Develop and execute special events, sales meetings, and participate in major trade shows and market events - Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Business, or a related field - Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the Sales field or a related role. Experience in a hotel sales department is a plus - Languages: Fluent in Armenian, with a working proficiency in both Russian and English - Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with management, clients, and cross-functional teams ability to work effectively with minimal supervision; analytical skills to ensure accurate data storage and identify discrepancies in reporting
