Responsibilities
- Drafting/reviewing agreements, corporate documents and other legal documents
- Legal advice to the professional staff
- Research legislation and stay updated on legal changes
- Good knowledge in corporate and business law
- Deep motivation and willingness to dive into the Aviation law
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in law
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, English written and spoken
- Sufficient in English to be able to communicate independently without machine supervision
- At least two years of professional work experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) package
