- Create and develop visual marketing materials packages: (digital ads, social media, POSM, OOH, in-store materials, presentations, etc.) in strict accordance with the Company’s brand book, partners’ brand guidelines, and marketing briefs - In cooperation with suppliers, develop and/or produce store decorations for marketing campaigns (New Year, Summer campaign, Brand events, etc.) - Control the full production cycle of marketing materials: prepare technical files, brief suppliers, manage timelines and costs, and ensure quality control of final outputs - Work in a highly operative mode: respond quickly to marketing requests, ensure fast turnaround of design tasks, and deliver materials within tight timelines without compromising quality - Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate ideas and briefs into clear, effective visual solutions - Proactively suggest visual improvements, creative ideas, and optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand perception - Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient daily use Submit relevant reports accurately and on time

- Higher education in design, fine arts, or another relevant field - Relevant working experience of a minimum of 3 years (portfolio required) - Advanced knowledge of design software and technologies - Experience with AI tools and other digital design tools is a strong advantage - Strong communication and coordination skills, including interaction with suppliers and internal teams - High level of responsibility, speed, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines - Proactive mindset and strong execution skills
