- Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, QA, Operations, and Legal teams to deliver projects aligned with business strategy and iGaming requirements - Create, manage, and track end-to-end project plans in close cooperation with lead engineers and business owners. - Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and milestones across all involved teams and third parties - Lead regular project and stakeholder meetings to address questions, challenges, and changes related to current, upcoming, or potential initiatives - Analyze business needs, plan initiatives, and manage scheduled projects from initiation to delivery - Work closely with business owners to gather, define, document, and scope business objectives and project requirements, ensuring alignment with iGaming regulations and business processes - Ensure clear and structured documentation of project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria - Research, evaluate, and recommend software and technology solutions that support project goals and iGaming platform needs - Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and reports to stakeholders and senior management

- Strong iGaming domain knowledge (platforms, providers, game integrations, payment flows, compliance, or operational processes) - 2+ years of Proven experience as a Business Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar role - Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools - Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Fluent knowledge of the Turkish language is mandatory
