- Register, test, and manage client information - Conduct SID testing to ensure correct setup and functionality - Handle email correspondence related to ID registration and verification - Take full ownership of the end-to-end ID registration process - Maintain clear and up-to-date internal documentation and knowledge base related to ID procedures - Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout all stages of the process - Prepare regular reports based on system data and operational metrics - Follow defined workflows and internal guidelines precisely

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or any related field - Fluency in English (written and spoken), as the role involves regular communication and documentation - Advanced knowledge and experience in working with MS Excel, - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - High level of responsibility and task ownership - Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently - Comfortable working with repetitive, routine tasks - Basic technical literacy and ability to work with internal platforms and systems - Clear written communication skills (primarily email-based) - Good organizational and documentation skills
