Cybersecurity Project Coordinator

- Assist in maintaining and updating project plans by capturing team inputs, documenting progress, and turning them into actionable steps - Monitor project timelines, milestones, and risks; escalate delays or issues to the cybersecurity coordination manager and executive management as needed - Event & Meeting Coordination - Provide logistical and coordination support for cybersecurity events (e.g., tabletop exercises, workshops, stakeholder meetings), including agenda preparation, participant management, materials, and follow-up documentation - Facilitate communication across stakeholders, partners, and interdisciplinary teams within ISAA by ensuring decisions and action items are documented and shared - Reporting & Documentation - Prepare and circulate weekly progress updates and summary reports for management - Maintain clear and accurate documentation of meetings, events, and project coordination activities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders. - Strong facilitation skills for meetings, workshops, and collaborative activities. - Ability to support project planning, monitoring, and execution in alignment with organizational goals. - Knowledge of resource management principles and techniques to support balanced prioritization. - Familiarity with service management and quality frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, QMS) is an asset. - Analytical mindset for identifying risks, addressing challenges, and supporting practical solutions. - Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. - Capacity to support innovation through partnerships, community engagement, and research-driven initiatives.
