Lead React Native Developer

- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) using React Native - Build mobile solutions for: Core banking (accounts, balances, payments, cards, loans), Investment banking (portfolios, trading, transactions, statements) - Collaborate with backend teams integrating with banking APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems - Ensure high security standards (authentication, encryption, secure storage, MFA) - Optimize app performance, memory usage, and startup time - Implement offline-first and resilient network handling strategies - Lead and mentor a cross-platform mobile team - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor mid-level developers - Work closely with Product, UX/UI, QA, Security, and DevOps teams - Participate in architectural decisions for mobile-first banking platforms - Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, PSD2, GDPR, and internal security policies - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds and releases

- Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical fields - Prior experience as Team Lead OR clear leadership ownership - 6+ years of experience in mobile development - 3+ years of React Native production experience - Strong knowledge of: TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Context, Redux / Zustand / React Query, Native Modules & platform-specific integrations (iOS / Android) - Experience integrating with REST / GraphQL APIs - Strong understanding of mobile app security: - Secure storage (Keychain / Keystore) - OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT - Certificate pinning - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (App Center, Firebase, Fastlane, etc.) - Familiarity with app distribution (App Store, Google Play, enterprise builds) - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details - Excellent proficiency in Armenian; good proficiency in Russian and English
