- Review of commercial loans analyses conducted by business units and verification of compliance with internal policies and procedures - Review of analyses and verification of compliance with internal policies and procedures - Provision of professional support to the relevant business unit in the preparation and analysis of credit applications - Identification and assessment of business loan risks, setting conditions aimed at managing the identified risks, and providing conclusions - Participation in the development of internal regulatory documents governing commercial lending, submission of proposals, and implementation of amendments to existing internal regulations - Development and enhancement of the internal credit scoring system for legal entities - Assessment of risks related to the introduction of new credit products - Preparation of periodic reports on the quality of the credit portfolio

- Higher education in economics, finance, risk management, or related fields - 5+ years of work experience in the banking sector, particularly in medium and large business lending and/or business risk management - Excellent knowledge of the business lending process - Experience and strong knowledge in preparing, reading, and analyzing companies’ financial statements - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Knowledge of banking operations and banking legislation - Excellent knowledge of credit risk assessment methods - Good command of Russian and English
