Marketing Specialist

- Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy - Conduct market, target audience, and competitor analysis - Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) - Promote the company’s products and services - Prepare and manage the marketing budget - Develop advertising materials (create briefs for designers, copywriters, and external contractors) - Manage and develop digital channels (website, social media, email marketing, messengers) - Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns (contextual advertising, targeting, display ads) - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities (KPIs, ROI, reporting) - Coordinate with external partners and service providers - Participate in pricing and product strategy development - Support the sales department with marketing materials - Monitor market trends and implement new marketing tools

- Higher education in Marketing - Work experience in the field of marketing - Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns - Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian - Attention to detail - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or others) will be considered an advantage
