- Install and reinstall Windows operating systems - Set up and configure Microsoft Office and essential software - Connect and configure peripheral devices (printers, scanners, MFPs) - Replace computer components (RAM, storage drives, power supplies, etc.) - Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve user issues - Maintain records of completed tasks and support requests - Prepare and configure workstations for new employees - Support conferences and install audio-video equipment

- Solid understanding of Windows OS - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices - Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally - Attention to detail and sense of responsibility - Ability to follow instructions and work with checklists - Good communication and problem-solving skills
