Responsibilities
Providing remote and on-site support
Diagnosing and resolving complex, hardware and software issues across the entire technology stack
Leading the planning, configuration, and deployment of new infrastructure
Managing vendor relationships
Ensuring the service level agreements (SLAs) are met and service uptime is maximized.
Implementing and monitoring backup and disaster recovery procedures for key internal systems.
Act as the technical lead for junior IT staff and helpdesk personnel, assisting with escalated issues and guiding their technical development.
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in a technical support position
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
Strong sense of accountability and "Extreme Ownership”
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff and manage tasks delegated to others.
Ability to manage competing priorities and projects independently.
Demonstrated ability to document procedures and maintain IT knowledge bases.
Deep knowledge of network concepts and protocols
Problem-solving skills (no problem is unsolvable)
Experience in a formal team lead, project lead is a significant plus.
