Responsibilities
- Ensuring the efficiency of the Deputy CEO’s daily operational activities - Preparing, drafting, and editing official correspondence in compliance with internal standards - Managing the executive’s schedule, answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, organizing public receptions, and performing other assigned duties - Providing prompt informational support to the executive, including directing inquiries, collecting necessary information, and delivering it as required
