- Draft legal documents - Assist senior lawyers with research and strategy implementation - Handle settlement negotiations - Stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments relevant to practice areas

- Law degree - We provide training for our field of practice (civil litigation) - Knowledge of US and Canadian jurisdictions - Familiarity with European law is a plus - Excellent legal research skills - Excellent drafting and writing abilities - Ability to manage a high workload efficiently - Ability to work effectively under stress - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Fluency in English both written and oral is a MUST - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Time-management, organizational, and planning skills
