- Write test strategies / plans / cases throughout the development lifecycle of complex web applications - Create and manage the required documentation - Improve the current test suites to achieve better coverage and quality - Participate in sprint planning activities and provide estimates for testing - Collaborate with QA team members to plan schedule collectively and perform tests - Setup and configure test environments and import test data - Perform API Testing - Work closely with the development team to perform early testing on components before integration builds - Manage and monitor defect tracking and proactively identify risks to management - Report QA status, to keep project stakeholders informed on deliverables and timelines - Staying up-to-date on the latest QA trends and best practices. - Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities

- At least 2 years of experience in manual QA position - Experience in web, mobile applications testing - Experience on back-end testing including APIs - Experience in creating test cases - Knowledge of QA and software development lifecycle, methodology and processes - Knowledge of programming languages will be an asset, especially JavaScript, CSS, and Python - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate and research multiple sources - Excellent communication skills - Good English language skills, both written and spoken - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Problem-solving skills (no problem is unsolvable)
