Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and issue employment contracts, addendums, and other legal documents related to hiring, promotions, and changes in employment terms, ensuring all contracts are created and maintained through an electronic platform. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection laws - Stay up to date with current labor laws and regulations to ensure all HR processes, documents, and policies are compliant - Handle all administrative tasks related to personnel management, such as preparing internal memos, official letters, and other HR-related reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, compliance, or operations - Strong knowledge of Armenian labor law and HR documentation - Fluent in Armenian, English or Russian (written and spoken) - Proficient in MS Office, HR management systems, and Tax Service programs - Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
