- Lead the conceptualization and design of visual assets, including but not limited tomarketing materials, branding elements, digital and print collateral, and presentations - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the University to translatedepartmental goals and marketing/PR objectives into compelling design solutions - Provide design concepts for different projects throughout the year, including AUA’s Annual Report, Commencement Booklet, Year-end appeals, Alumni Reunion, andinfographics - Maintain and enhance the visual consistency and integrity of the AUA brand across alltouchpoints. Work closely with the different colleges and support units to build strongbrand alignment across campus - Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity, ensuring it remains modern, relevant,and aligned with industry trends

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Fluency in English and written and spoken working knowledge of Armenian - At least 4 years of work experience
