Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from initiation to delivery
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Define clear project requirements, milestones, and timelines
- Oversee QA activities to ensure that all deliverables meet functional and performance expectations
- Identify risks and manage issues proactively
- Communicate project status, progress, and potential blockers to clients and management
- Ensure team productivity and motivation through effective communication and organization
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to project management methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or software development company
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience leading cross-functional team
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- English (written and spoken)
