Senior Payment Risk Manager / VBET - Mixed Shifts

- Lead monitoring activities, review dashboards and reports for anomalies (suspicious velocity, duplicate cards, and unusual deposits/withdrawals) - Escalate high-risk or high-value cases to the Team Lead - Support Junior and Middle specialists in complex withdrawal checks, ensuring SLA compliance - Step in during traffic spikes to directly approve/decline withdrawals - Act as shift supervisor when Team Lead is unavailable - Ensure all monitoring and alert-handling tasks are logged and reported - Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, dashboards, and PSP back-offices - Strong decision-making and escalation judgment - Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues - Strong knowledge of chargebacks, payment flows, and PSP processes - Familiar with iGaming compliance standards and regulatory requirements - Proficient in Excel; comfortable working with data and reports - Good command of Armenian, Russian, and English

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant field is preferred - 2+ years in payments, risk, or fraud monitoring - Strong leadership skills to manage, guide, and inspire the team - Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders - Strong problem-solving abilities to address potential risks and challenges in real time - Flexibility to adjust strategies quickly in response to dynamic market conditions and emerging risks - High level of attention to detail when monitoring activities and analyzing data - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information
