Face-to-Face Fundraiser

- Proactively approach people in high-footfall locations and secure monthly gifts - Explain WWF-Armenia’s mission and projects clearly; handle questions and objections - Sign up donors on phone/tablet; capture accurate data in real time - Meet daily/weekly targets (conversations, sign-ups, conversion rate, average gift) - Uphold brand standards, safeguarding, venue rules, and data privacy at all times - Share field feedback (locations, timing, pitch insights) to improve performance

-- Secondary education (higher education is an advantage) - Armenian – mandatory; Russian/English – a plus - Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills, stress tolerance, and ability to work in a team - Result-oriented and disciplined approach - Previous experience in F2F/sales/NGO – an advantage, but not required - Age – 18+ - Availability – at least 20 hours per week (including evenings/weekends)
