- Lead and coordinate the work of electronics, electrical, and mechanical engineers - Define system architecture and ensure proper integration of electrical and mechanical designs - Oversee schematic, PCB, and mechanical design activities - Guide prototype development, testing, and validation - Manage documentation, BOMs, and design configuration control - Research and apply new technologies and materials - Collaborate with Systems, Software, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure successful product development and transition to production

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering - Over 5 years of hardware development and team leadership experience - Experience in mass production manufacturing or industrialization is a strong plus - Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical design - Leadership and team coordination - Analytical and problem-solving ability - Good communication and documentation skills - On-time, high-quality delivery of hardware designs - Successful prototype validation and readiness for production - Reduced design issues and rework - Continuous innovation and team development
