Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires
- Organize and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees, gathering feedback and supporting engagement
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date
- Support the design and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and processes
- Assist in organizing team-building, learning, and development activities
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding and employee engagement
- Experience in setting up or improving HR processes will be considered a strong plus
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
