Graphic-Motion Designer

- Create motion graphics, animated assets, and micro-animations (for internal tools, websites, and promotional campaigns) - Develop graphic design assets including characters, icons, environments, and interface elements with a consistent and engaging style - Create graphic and web promotion materials and banners - Optimize motion assets for performance across multiple platforms (web, mobile, game engines) - Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the designs align with the overall vision and direction of the product - Collaborate closely with product designers, developers, sales and marketing teams - Continuously seek to improve the quality and visual impact of the products, stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies - Develop and maintain a consistent style across all product assets and materials - Maintain visual and motion consistency across all products, adhering to brand and style guidelines

- 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or related visual design fields - Excellent knowledge and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), including component structure, prototyping tools - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout - Understanding of UI/UX principles and how motion enhances user interaction - Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to details, time management, and teamwork skills - Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
