Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with Globbing’s strategic goals - Translate business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, operations, marketing) to deliver impactful features on time and within scope - Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives - Analyze product performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends to make data-driven decisions - Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product lifecycle - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure smooth delivery cycles - Collaborate with stakeholders to balance short-term goals with long-term innovation

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech or e-commerce industry - Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies - Proven ability to define product requirements and lead cross-functional teams - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Bitrix, Figma, or similar) - A data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics to measure product success - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
