- Develop architectural designs for various types of buildings - Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and preliminary calculations - Create 3D models and visualizations - Ensure compliance of projects with urban planning regulations and client requirements - Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to deliver efficient project implementation - Conduct client meetings and discussions throughout the project stages

- Degree in Architecture - Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as an Architect - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD - Knowledge of 3D Max, SketchUp, or other visualization software (preferred) - Strong aesthetic sense and creative mindset - Good knowledge of construction standards and urban planning regulations - Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
