Payments Operations Specialist

- Process and monitor daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and refunds - Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and implement fraud prevention measures - Assist in chargeback and dispute resolution processes - Work with risk management teams to enhance security protocols - Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and banks - Support integration and testing of new payment methods and gateways - Assist customers with payment-related inquiries and escalations - Investigate and resolve payment failures and processing errors - Provide insights to improve payment flow and user experience - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in payment operations, risk management, or any related field is an advantage - Familiarity with AML, KYC, PCI DSS, and compliance regulations is an advantage - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues - Adaptability to new technologies and industry changes - Knowledge of Russian and English languages
