Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand team goals and provide HR guidance on workforce planning and talent management
- Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company culture and long-term objectives
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development planning and offboarding
- Monitor and improve employee productivity, identifying trends and developing action plans for performance improvement
- Lead and support employee relations cases, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Support employee development through effective learning, feedback, and career growth programs
- Promote a positive workplace culture, ensuring fairness, inclusion, and employee well-being
- Analyze HR metrics and trends (turnover, engagement, etc.) to recommend data-driven improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a generalist capacity, and ideally in a tech environment
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, influencing, and management skills
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
