Risk Management Specialist

- Develop and manage the company’s risk management framework with a focus on fraud prevention, player protection, and operational integrity - Monitor user’s activity to detect unusual or suspicious behavior, potential fraud, abuse, or bonus manipulation - Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Payments, Customer Support) - Optimize risk monitoring rules, tools, and workflows based on evolving threats and market trends - Analyze financial transactions and payment data to identify chargebacks, fraudulent deposits, and other irregularities - Conduct regular risk assessments and report to senior management - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in fraud and risk management

- Higher education in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field - Strong analytical thinking and experience working with databases - Working proficiency in English - Solid mathematical knowledge - Proficiency in computer software (including Microsoft Office tools) - Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
