- Collaborate with the existing team to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that address staff needs - Assist in managing the learning management system to accurately track training participation and outcomes - Provide direct support to employees in identifying their learning and development objectives - Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually - Utilize mathematical principles to analyze training data and assess program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement - Contribute to the development of instructional materials and resources that enhance learning experiences - Create interactive quizzes and games for these training sessions - Prepare and conduct performance tests for different department employees according to the requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Mathematics, or a related field - Minimum 2-year work experience in the field of teaching/training or in customer service - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff - Grade Level: Mid-level or higher - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English - both oral and written, to ensure clear communication and comprehension of training materials - Competence in applying mathematical principles for data analysis and program evaluation - Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools - A collaborative mindset with a commitment to fostering others' growth and development - Knowledge of regulations within gambling markets is an advantage - Responsible, hardworking, creative, initiative and flexible personality - Ability to work under pressure and deal with strict deadlines
