- Implement control over the capital construction, repair and operation works - Monitor the established quality and price compliance of construction materials and equipment used in the construction process with market values and quality - Participate in the expert examination process of construction materials and equipment - Carry out measurement and calculation of final work volumes including dangerous areas, such as high-rise buildings with dangerous roofs, semi-structures, high-altitude mountain zones, mobile communication station radiation zones, as well as high-voltage power zones (high-voltage lines and substations 6kv and more (КТП)) and others - Check acts, memos and other technical documents - Participate in the process of preparation of tender documentation for construction and design companies and selection of contractor companies - Participate in the process of checking the calculation of construction and power projects related to GSM base stations, if necessary, make corresponding adjustments - Check the calculations of capital construction, service centers and other areas repair projects, if necessary, make corresponding adjustments - Control the compliance of financial and technical documents with the decrees of the RA Government, Submit financial report

- Master's degree in the field of construction and/ or architecture - At least 3 years of corresponding work experience - Knowledge of the Armenian, English and Russian languages - Computer literacy: MS Office - Time management skills - Reporting skills - Attention to work details - Attention to results - Problem solving skills
