Responsibilities
- Providing remote and on-site support
- Diagnosing and resolving complex, hardware and software issues across the entire technology stack
- Leading the planning, configuration, and deployment of new infrastructure
- Managing vendor relationships
- Ensuring the service level agreements (SLAs) are met and service uptime is maximized
- Implementing and monitoring backup and disaster recovery procedures for key internal systems
- Act as the technical lead for junior IT staff and helpdesk personnel, assisting with escalated issues and guiding their technical development
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical support position
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical staff
- Strong sense of accountability and "Extreme Ownership”
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff and manage tasks delegated to others
- Ability to manage competing priorities and projects independently.
- Demonstrated ability to document procedures and maintain IT knowledge bases
- Deep knowledge of network concepts and protocols
- Problem-solving skills (no problem is unsolvable)
- Experience in a formal team lead, project lead is a significant plus
