Responsibilities
- Develop and lead compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Design and continuously improve salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages
- Lead annual compensation cycles (benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus payouts, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all regions of operation
- Manage relationships with external benefit providers and platforms
- Drive C&B analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with business leaders to advise on offers, promotions, and reward policies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a large, international company
- Strong knowledge of local and global C&B practices
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian is required
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field
