- Preparation, amendment, review, supplementation and execution of civil law contracts (purchase and sale, lease, provision of services, performance of work, etc.) to ensure the ongoing activities of the bank - Preparation, modification, review, execution of agreements related to banking operations (loan, collateral, surety, deposit, card, bank account, etc.) - Provision of legal advice during the development, implementation, modification, termination of banking products, including drafting, review, amendment, and provision of legal conclusions of internal legal acts, contracts, and other necessary documents regulating the process - Clarification of legal issues arising during customer service, including examination of a package of documents, provision of legal conclusions - Preparation of drafts of internal legal acts of the bank (rules, procedures, management acts, guidelines, orders, decisions, instructions, instructions, power of attorney and other organizational documents) - Consideration of letters received from the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, the Union of Banks, lawyers, notaries and other state bodies, organizations, individuals, preparation of drafts of answers as necessary, independently or participation in the development works - Examining claims received from the Financial System Mediator's office, preparing answers, conducting negotiations - Providing legal advice to bank branches and structural units - Identifying, summarizing, analyzing the legal risks affecting the bank and proposing appropriate preventive measures - Providing legal advice and comments on RA legislation and internal legal acts - As necessary, participation in courses and seminars organized by the Central Bank of Armenia, the Union of Banks of Armenia, the Office of the Financial System Mediator - As necessary, participation in discussions regarding lending transactions concluded by the Bank, newly developed products and other similar financial transactions/operations

- Higher legal education (lawyer degree, Master's degree is desirable and will be considered an advantage) At least 2 years of professional experience in financial organizations as a legal advisor - Knowledge of legislative and normative legal acts regulating banking activities - Excellent knowledge of civil, labor, banking and corporate law - Analytical skills - Negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure - Good knowledge of Russian and English languages - Knowledge of (MS word, Outlook), knowledge of other software is a plus
