- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant field is preferred - Experience in payments, risk, or fraud monitoring - Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders - Problem-solving abilities to address potential risks and challenges in real time - Flexibility to adjust strategies quickly in response to dynamic market conditions and emerging risks - High level of attention to detail when monitoring activities and analyzing data - Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information
