- Plan, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) - Manage containerization and Kubernetes clusters - Implement server virtualization and manage VMware ESXi environments - Deploy and maintain monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar) - Analyze and optimize the performance of large-scale, complex systems - Manage and operate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Use and develop Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) - Perform Linux/Unix system administration and optimization

- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps - Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools - Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerization - Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and server virtualization - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar) - Ability to manage and optimize large, complex systems - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) - Strong Linux/Unix knowledge and system administration experience
