- implementation of financial analyses, including evaluation of financial indicators, sector comparisons, and risk analysis - preparation and development of financial statements - execution of investment proposals and preparation of prospectuses for securities issuance - preparation and submission of necessary documents to relevant authorities, including the Central Bank of Armenia and other regulatory bodies, for the registration and listing of securities - presentation of company profiles - collaboration with legal and financial departments in the preparation and registration of financial documents - market research, mergers, and data analysis to support business decision-making

- higher education in Economics or Finance - at least 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis, preparing reports, or in capital markets - proficiency with MS Office programs - skills in financial modelling and analysis - oral and written communication skills in English and Russian - excellent teamwork abilities, high professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
