Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to top management
- Manage schedules, correspondence, records, and documentation
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project materials
- Maintain data systems, ensuring information is accurate and accessible
- Monitor office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Serve as a reliable link between management, team members, and external partners
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Languages: Armenian, English, and Russian (spoken and written)
