- English Proficiency: Must have a minimum B2 level in English, with the ability to comprehend, express, and narrate effectively - Have basic technical experience such as completing programming courses, personal projects, bootcamp modules, or university-level coding assignments. This is not for absolute beginners — some hands-on exposure is required - Are eager to work across various domains, including frontend, backend, DevOps, automation QA, and reliability engineering - Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies - Are fully available to commit to a 5-month, on-site program in Yerevan, working 5 days a week, 8 hours per day - Possess strong motivation to grow into contributing members of real project teams
