- IT Vendor Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, ensuring that partnerships support the bank's strategic objectives - Contract Negotiation – Lead negotiations for IT vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and other agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions - IT Vendor Performance Monitoring – Regularly monitor and assess IT vendor performance, conducting reviews based on SLAs and KPIs. Implement performance improvement plans as needed - IT Vendor Technical Risk Management – Perform due diligence on potential IT vendors and develop strategies to mitigate technical risks that could impact the organization’s IT operations - IT Vendor Cost Optimization – Identify and implement strategies for consolidating IT vendors, optimizing spending, and improving IT vendor efficiency - IT Vendor Onboarding & Offboarding – Manage the complete IT vendor lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during onboarding and offboarding processes - Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including IT, legal, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless IT vendor management and contractual compliance

- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field - Proven experience (5+ years) in vendor management or procurement roles within the Fintech or technology industry - Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to evaluate vendor capabilities and assess alignment with business needs - Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive favorable outcomes while maintaining positive vendor relationships - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess vendor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage conflict resolution - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within organizations undergoing digital transformation - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to vendor management, data privacy, and security - Proficiency in vendor management tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making - Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, always seeking opportunities to optimize vendor relationships and drive value for the organization
