Technical Lead / Internet and Mobile Banking

- Define and maintain the technical architecture for Internet and Mobile Banking, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability - Oversee the full development lifecycle – backend microservices, frontend web and mobile apps, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines - Lead and mentor engineering teams across backend, frontend, and mobile development - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into practical solutions - Ensure strong application security, data protection, and regulatory compliance in all solutions - Facilitate decision-making on technical strategies and troubleshoot complex system challenges - Conduct or support design sessions, technical validations, and solution reviews

- Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical fields - 7+ years of professional software development or solution delivery, including 2+ years in a technical/architectural leadership role - Strong experience in backend technologies (.NET, Java, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) - Hands-on expertise in mobile app development (iOS/Android, native or cross-platform such as React Native or Flutter) - Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed systems - Proven track record of building and deploying secure and scalable digital platforms - Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud environments, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints - Excellent proficiency in Armenian; good proficiency in Russian and English
