Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to staff, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and coordinating events
- Prepare and maintain office documents, files, and reports as needed
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related questions and assistance
- Coordinate with HR, and other departments to ensure smooth office operations and resolve any issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Required candidate level
