- Define product strategy and manage development roadmaps in line with company goals - Propose, justify, and oversee the creation and launch of new digital products - Lead the execution of product lifecycle processes, including market research, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, and product launch - Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities - Translate product strategy into actionable requirements and collaborate closely with development, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and customer service teams - Manage product-related budgets, timelines, and reporting - Act as the primary owner and advocate for Ucom’s digital product portfolio

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital platforms (apps, websites, self-service portals) - Telecom sector knowledge (billing, CRM, OSS/BSS) is a strong advantage - Proven ability to develop roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage backlogs - Familiarity with APIs, cloud, and mobile/web technologies - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset - Excellent collaboration, leadership, and presentation skills
