- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position - Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development - Creative mindset that open to new ideas and fresh perspectives - Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles - Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists - Attention to visual details - Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team - Having an eye for Global Market, Player Behavior, and International Trend Aesthetics. - Communication in English

- Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists - Be responsible for final delivery, and quality control in accordance with the project's artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines - Helping with creating all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product - Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed - Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness - Quality control, identifying work process improvements. - Create a working environment friendly and constructively for cross-team collaboration, ensuring a productive internal workflow
