Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors and refer them to the right person
- Respond to client inquiries and provide general information on the products and services of the bank, their fees and rates
- Answer phone calls
- Forward phone calls to appropriate employees of the Bank
- Provide advice to clients in relation to completion of payment documents
- Prepare and deliver to clients account statements, references and other informational materials
- Deliver payment cards to clients
- Keep contact with clients
- Be actively involved in attraction of new clients
- Collect and present to supervisor client observations, recommendations and complaints with regard to any operation or service of the Bank
- Manage queues
Required Qualifications
University degree
1 year of relevant work experience
Good communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility, ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
I- nterpersonal and conflict management skills
- Ability to listen attentively, to refer clients to the right place and solve problems on the site
- Client-centric approach
- Team player
- Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AS Bank will be an advantage
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
