- Lead and manage all business processes and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency within a decentralized finance framework - Develop and implement the company's long-term development strategy to ensure sustained growth and market leadership in the DeFi space - Oversee and direct all marketing initiatives to promote the platform and drive new user engagement and acquisition of lenders and borrowers - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including platform users, partners, and the broader Bahamut blockchain community - Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape within the crypto and decentralized finance sectors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve - Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in the crypto space - Report on company performance and strategic progress to the executive team and founders

- 5+ years of leadership experience in the financial and banking sector, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or decentralized finance (DeFi) sectors - Proven ability to manage all business operations and lead diverse teams - Strong strategic planning and execution skills - Demonstrated experience in managing marketing activities and driving user acquisition within the crypto community - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and Banking, or a related field
