IT Systems Engineer

- Install, configure, and optimize IT and data center hardware and software - Design and architect IT infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements - Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals, perform sizing, and recommend solutions - Provide post-installation support and ensure smooth operation of deployed systems - Perform service center tasks including break-and-fix repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance - Stay up to date with the latest IT technologies and vendor solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience with data center equipment installation and maintenance - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system architecture - Experience with multiple major IT vendors (e.g., Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Windows, VMware, etc.) - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team - Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Dell, VMware) are a plus
