Responsibilities
- serve and engage customers by presenting the terms, tariffs, and benefits of the bank’s offered services
- open current accounts for resident and non-resident individuals and legal entities, and service unallocated metal accounts
- handle customer cash transactions (including foreign currency), verify incoming/outgoing documents, and prepare memorial documents
- verify payment orders received from customers, process transactions, collect service fees, and provide statements and references
- perform currency exchange (cash/non-cash) transactions and record corresponding income/expense accounting entries
- process and execute transactions via fast money transfer systems
- provide cash and non-cash loans, perform loan and interest repayments, and update the core banking system accordingly
- reconcile daily cash balances with entries in the core banking system at the end of the day
- hand over cash balances to the Bank’s Cash Operations Department
Required Qualifications
- at least a year's professional experience in customer service
- excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and customer service processes
- good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software programs
- advanced skills of customer acquisition and sales
- excellent communication skills, literate speech
- customer-oriented approach
- ability and desire to learn quickly
- initiative and high sense of responsibility
