- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the scout network, ensuring smooth and efficient data collection - Coordinate and manage scout activities, ensuring they adhere to company guidelines and standards - Act as the main point of contact for scouts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly - Monitor the performance of scouts, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of collected data - Provide operational support to scouts and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks - Collaborate with the data and operations teams to ensure data collection aligns with FeedConstruct’s objectives - Maintain and update databases with scout activity, performance reports, and any relevant data - Track and report on network activities, ensuring that deadlines and performance targets are met - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new scouts, supporting the growth of the network - Organize training sessions for new and existing scouts, ensuring they are up-to-date on best practices and protocols - Manage logistics and scheduling for scout activities, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient operations - Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management regarding scout network performance

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Operations Management, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in operations, network management, or a similar role - Proficiency in English and Russian are required - Strong experience in operations management, network coordination - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage scout relationships and provide guidance - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple scouts and tasks efficiently - Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and ensure smooth operations - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams - Experience with managing databases or CRM systems to track scout activities and performance - Knowledge of market dynamics and the industry in which FeedConstruct operates is a plus - Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency - Knowledge of additional foreign language is a significant advantage
