Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (all genders)

- Become a Global Process Owner for the technical closing/consolidation process - Maintain and manage accounting systems/ERP software/consolidation tools - Actively contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of internal control systems at the company level - GL bookings and accounts, and entity reconciliations - Ensure accounting data is delivered timely in high-quality manner - Create accounting manuals and documentation - Take full responsibility for the monthly closing of individual entities - Support and actively participate in international projects

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics (or equivalent) - At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Very good understanding of general accounting and consolidation principles - Technical experience with accounting software (ERP, CCH Tagetik) - IFRS knowledge is a plus - Professional certification in accounting or finance preferred (ACCA, CPA, CFA) - Personal responsibility, ability to work independently and against timelines, and enjoying changes and innovations
