UX Content Writer (Armenian & English)

- Write clear and intuitive microcopy for buttons, forms, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, etc. - Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure that copy enhances usability and aligns with product functionality - Create selling content for features and services (e.g., banners, product descriptions, announcements) to be displayed in-app and on the web - Translate and adapt existing content between Armenian and English, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and cultural relevance - Contribute to content testing efforts (A/B tests, usability feedback) to learn how copy affects user behavior - Help establish and maintain a content style guide and tone of voice tailored to our brand - Propose improvements based on user feedback, industry best practices, and your own insight into content performance

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UX writing, product content design, or digital content creation - Fluency in Armenian and English, both written and spoken (fluency in Russian will be a plus) - Strong portfolio showcasing digital writing samples such as UI microcopy, app/web content, and product descriptions in both languages - Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered writing - Familiarity with collaboration and design tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar - Experience in banking, fintech, or other regulated industries will be an advantage
