- Quality and Schedule performance follow up (of contractors’ works on site) - Safeguarding the Contractor(s) deliver the works in accordance to the Contract - Participating in planning, reviewing documents and oversight of sight activities. Highlighting non-conformances, risks and emerging issues; recommending actions to address those issues and improve the outcome - Maintaining a “look-ahead” view and reporting forecasts, risks and issues - Engaging discipline leads for subject matter expertise, and implementing direction provided - Zippering with Contractor equivalent - Regular reporting site progress, and escalating issues, to the project manager/direct line of report

- 12+ years of experience in construction industry - A recognized bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering / Architecture or Construction - Previously held project or construction management positions, with responsibility for delivering similar projects - Experience or working knowledge of multiple project delivery functions (engineering, contracts, construction, quality, Testing & Commissioning, environment, health & safety – (ES&H)) - Fluent in using Microsoft word, Excel & Power Point ​​​​​​​- Strong relationship building and communication skills (verbal and written) Required candidate level
